WALKING TRAIL ADDED AT SHENANDOAH RIVER PARK You can now extend your walk from First Street or Maryland Avenue to the River Park. Just follow the walk under the Norfolk Southern overpass, down by the cemetery, and along Morrison Road to a cross-over point that leads you along a section of the river bank. This portion of trail along the river bank was funded by a $3,200 donation from Wrangler, a Kodak American Greenways Grant in the amount of $1,000, town funding, and volunteer work. Enjoy the view of the river! There are plans to install a foot bridge over the creek bed and extend the trail further along the river bank. Watch out for ducks and geese crossing!
