Shenandoah River Park

The Shenandoah River Park, also known as "Shenandoah Landing", is located off of
Maryland Avenue (VA Route 602) on the South Fork of the scenic Shenandoah River.
The Park is currently equipped with a boat ramp and dock, public restroom facilities,
picnic tables, and other picnic areas.  The Park boasts a beautiful view of the
Massanutten Mountain range and the Historic Route 602 Bridge.

Future plans for the site include sand volleyball courts,
swimming and fishing zones and piers
(ADA compliant), a boardwalk and sunbathing area,
pull in picnic areas, walking trails
(ADA compliant), and a possible spray garden.

Master Plans for this site were developed by
Anderson & Associates, guided by the
Town's Parks & Recreation Commitee
